Wendy is a full member of the CIPD and has gained level 5 qualification in Human Resources Management. To back that up she has a wealth of skills and experience that have been gained in a wide range of industries.
Wendy's career started in insurance where she moved up the management ladder to a senior role. Moving on from that she has held management positions in transport, recruitment and healtcare companies. Throughout her career Wendy has been passionate about people devleopment and has implemented several successful training and engagement programmes.
Prior to joining Pennine Business Partners, Wendy was the HR Manager for a busy academy school, which means she has the technical knowledge and management experience required to give the practical and pragmatic HR support that our clients appreciate.
